We arrange guest-list access to venues at specific times. All gigs and line-ups are subject to change without notice. If you need or want guarantees then please buy a ticket from the venue box office. |

theCROWDsource is helping to ensure that venues fill their gigs. If you book and need to cancel then please let us know as asoon as possible in order that we can offer your place to somebody else. |

We kindly request that you arrive at the venue within one hour of doors opening. It is a condition of your entry. We aim to support all of the bands and the venue. |

Only Members (and their plus ones where applicable) who have been placed onto theCROWDsource guest-list for a gig will be given access. |

Only the names of Members who are booked onto a guest-list are given to that venue. theCROWDsource is not responsible for the venue’s use of this information. |

Online payments are made through Paypal. We do not have access to any Member's card details. |

We operate a Top-up credit system to speed up your guest-list processing whilst also limiting our banking charges. |

Should you wish to cancel your membership any outstanding credit can be refunded upon request. |

The guest-list processing fee is charged to cover our running costs. It is NOT refundable. |

It is a Member's responsibility to ensure that their contact details, i.e. postal and e-mail address are kept up to date at all times. This can be chaged via the 'My Account' tab on the left of all members pages. |

We are not responsible should any Member incur an injury or accident whilst at the venue/place of performance. Any such incidents must be directly reported to the venue. |

We ask for your personal information so that we can notify you of new guest-list offers. We do not wish to spam you. You can edit or remove your mail subscription by following the links within the email. |

The following data is held by us during your Membership: title, name, postal address and postcode, a telephone number, an email address. |
